Aberjhani once said, "This world's anguish is no different from the love we insist on holding back".

The world is at this moment heavily impacted on by COVID-19. Several measures have been placed from social distancing, prolong lock down ,frequent hand-washing among others;these measures also have their own associated positive and negative contributions.

However for a Congolese Alur Community from the 17th may 2020,these measures have ceased to exist. After a clash that led to burning of houses and property, and gruesome killings between the Alur and Lendu people from Congolese. The Alur community has been displaced and currently residing in along Uganda -Congo Border ,in the forest due to the fear of COVID-19 possible spread.

These people face series of possible threats to their lives and being given the condition they are living in right now. Therefore the requested fund shall be used to facilitate community sensitization and education on COVID-19, provide hand-wash facilities and detergents, and purchase basic household items that the people can use.
